Leon joined CUBIC in November 2021 as graduate intern  before successfully securing a position as a Qualitative Analyst in July 2022. In this role, Leon has contributed to projects on teacher motivation, medical incident reporting and, most recently, support for COVID-19 vaccination.

Before joining CUBIC, Leon worked at the United Nations Environment Programme in Kenya and a think tank advising municipalities and organizations on utilizing behavioral science for climate mitigation action.

Leon holds an MSc in Human Decisions Science and a BSc in International Business from the Maastricht University.
