Muhammad Salman M. Khair

Behavioral Science Project Manager

Salman joined CUBIC in August 2021. He has since managed and worked on projects applying behavioral science to COVID-19 vaccination services and communications, “sludge” reduction in organizational processes, and early childhood development strategy, across the Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In his previous roles, he has worked on behavior change through law enforcement, futures-thinking, education research & development, and health coaching.

Salman holds a MEd in Special Education from Qatar University and a BA in Psychology from National University of Singapore, and is learning & tinkering with the application of behavioral science to digital spaces like UX/UI and AI.

Fun fact: Salman began training in the traditional Asiatic archery in January 2023 and is most surprised that it is also teaching him how human behavior is easily influenced by where each arrow lands on the target!
